Network initialization

    Source selection
If generated rules have not yet been saved, they appear as a "source_tmp".

RulNet allows to visualize rules generated from different analyses on a same network. Each set of rules is called a "source".

If you are logged in, you can select many sources that have been previously created.
Be careful, if you just logged in, think to refresh the source list.
Each query of each source will be visualized with a different color on the network.

    Rule selection

Once the sources have been selected, it's possible to decide to visualize only a subset of rules by specifying some specific attributes. There are three possibilities:
Option1: It's possible to specify only a set of attributes (e.g.: list A=A1,A4), allowing to visualize only rules between these attributes (A1=>A4).
Option2: If you specify two lists (e.g.: list A=A1,A4 and list B=A3,A6,A7), you can visualize exclusively rules between attributes of list A and attributes of list B (A4=>A3).
Option3: You visualize rules between attributes of list A and attributes of list B (A4=>A3), and between attributes of list A (A1=>A4), and between attributes of list B (A7=>A3).

You can also specify a max number of intermediate attributes allowing to join two attributes.
For instance, if you specify 1 as max number of intermediate attributes and option2, you will able to visualize this kind of rules: A4=>A5=>A3.

Attributes from list A and list B will be appeared in green and red. Intermediate attributes will be colored in black.
